The Royal Banking and Finance Challenge, is an Edufair Ghana Foundation initiative which seeks to strengthen financial literacy in Ghana by educating the youth and society about the importance of Financial Literacy and also providing a platform for the educated youth to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the financial sector in Ghana. With the proliferation of financial institutions in Ghana, the introduction of modern trends in technology and a host of business schools, The Royal Banking and Finance Challenge creates a platform to demonstrate the connection of these elements and how best it can be of great benefit to society.

Our ultimate goal is to empower consumers take action in improving their financial well-being through financial literacy.
• Empower the youth in championing an initiative that educates consumers on Financial Inclusion through solving practical problems facing Ghana’s financial sector.
• Educating and informing the youth and society on the delivery of financial services at affordable cost to sections of disadvantaged and low-income segments of society.
• Promoting access to finance by creating the awareness of incentives and environments that promote desired financial behaviors such as insuring, investing, and using credit wisely.
• Providing information and education on financial access to the unbanked and the under-banked population with affordable and appropriate products.
